Amount is Refundable only in case if your work is not completed on time i.e Post Completion date.
Amount is not refundable in any other case.
You can claim for refund after the completion of project date.
You cannot claim refund in between ongoing project process.
If you wish you can choose any other services instead of existing services you are taking within 2 days of enrollment.
If Customer is persisting for refund - then amount will be credited on your name within the company, and you can use that amount for any other services (except Website development, Paid ads, Domain, Hosting ).

If your refund is approved you will receive your amount in your bank within 15 days of approval.
After Approval from Sebstrone team - you have to share your bank details on email to receive your refund.
